Maynard Kay is an award-winning designer in New York City. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, he oversaw the launch of HBO GO and currently leads design for MAX GO, the premium streaming service for Cinemax. Maynard’s work has been honored with multiple wins at the Webby and PromaxBDA Awards — most recently the 2014 Gold Award in Art Direction & Design for MAX GO’s newsletter.
In addition to his work in the expanding field of digital media, Maynard has broad experience in print, having served as the art director for Asset International’s portfolio of financial magazines. He has also worked on branding and corporate campaigns for such clients as Liz Claiborne, the Clinton Global Initiative and Merrill Lynch.
